The Latinx Voices Journal was created to uplift and empower the stories of people in the Latinx community by sharing personal oral histories, art, and interviews. As a graphic design intern, I collaborated with the journal committee to come up with a brand identity for the journal and then I designed the layout for the journal. My fellow graphic design intern and I wanted to create a friendly, yet professional layout that showcased the work of the journal committee in the most logical and legible way. The journal was designed primarily using InDesign and Illustrator.
